I work full time so I will do absolutely everything in my power to make sure your booking can be scheduled.

I have a range of different outfits. The outfit and/or beard worn for your visit will depend on cleaning cycle and weather/temperature on the day.

If you need to cancel please provide 24 hours notice for a full refund. Anything less will only receive a 50% refund.

If I for some reason need to cancel, a full refund will be provided.

Depending on the distance required to travel to attend a visit/event, some travel costs may be included.

Please also be aware I'm a solo boutique business so if the situation arises where I fall ill, I don't have anyone to replace me and a full refund will be paid.
